Food is powerful. It has the ability to make you feel amazing, horrible or anywhere in between. It is a constant source of that feeling since we typically eat 3 times a day, but what if we are able to make a few changes to what we eat and our perception of food?
That's what I did after my diagnosis of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I had to start eating better, because I couldn't keep going the way I was: exhausted, fuzzy headed, grumpy. I am the proof that the food you eat can make a huge difference in your life.
These changes took time though. I made slow steady improvements to my diet, learning as much as possible along the way.
Now I help others reach their health goals using real food. We work together to make small, permanant changes because when I see you 10 years from now, I want you to feel just as great as you do when we're done our time together.
