These workshops are customized for all ages, since it is never to early or too late to start taking control of your health.

Public Workshops 

Thursday January 16, 7-9 pm - Belly Full of Laughs

This workshop offers a unique perspective on what makes us human, the bacteria that live with us and how they help us be happy. Together we will learn a bit about how this all fits together and of course specific steps to help your new little friends. Get ready to laugh, learn and love some delicious and healthy foods!



Thursday February 20, 7-9 pm – Power Plays for Health

This intriguing workshop takes some of the guess work out of Health and the overload of information in the world today. So many of us want to get healthier, but what information is correct and where should you start? As always, Lindsay take an in depth and humorous look at health, nutrition and food to get you on an easy start to improving your health-in whatever way that looks like for you.



Thursday March 5, 7-9 pm – Family Foods-Will My Kids Ever Love Vegetables???

This fun and funny workshop looks at the family dinner table and helps you see a different perspective about family nutrition and family health. We all want to provide the best for our family, and so many newsfeeds talk about how we are failing, so lets turn it on its head and look at what we are doing right and what small (and very impactful) steps we can take to feel better about our choices.
